Keratherm Silicone Free - MH&W Thermal Products

In case of concerns about silicones, Kerafol offers a ceramics-filled polyurethane film as a silicone free alternative material. Besides good thermal and outstanding electrical properties, these films are characterized by very good perforation strength. These good physical properties are achieved with an excellent price-performance ratio.

Flexible ceramic, thermally conducting and insulating. U110 is particularly suitable for silicone sensitive applications and an alternative to silicone-based Gap Pads (Softtherm Films). The silicone free Gap Pads (Softtherm Films) offer high electrical insulation and very good thermal conductivity.
