Phase Change Materials - MH&W Thermal Products

Kerafol’s PCM 16125C is an excellent alternative for thermal pastes. The PCM changes its aggregate state from solid to liquid at a certain melting temperature. The result is a thermal interface material with a very low bond line. Furthermore, the PCM compensates irregularities between the electronic component and the heat sink, thereby optimizing the contact between the surfaces and increasing the heat transfer.

Possible Thickness: 50 – 250 µm
