Softtherm 86/450 and 86/500This group of Softtherm films are characterized by their high thermal conductivity. These single layer films without fiberglass reinforcement have good compressibility and softness. The good dimensional stability of these films ensures controlled and automated processing.

86/500 is optionally available with an one-sided adhesive as 86/500K. (EOL)

86/500: 0.5mm – 2.0mm (EOL)
