Polymer Pastes for Keratherm Products
When processing Keratherm FTC as a system carrier for electronic switches, a compatible Polymer Paste system is necessary in order to create a second conductor path layer and to realize a "roll-to-roll" technology (SMD technology). The silicone-based paste system is characterized by its very good adhesive properties and is suitable for SMD technology.
Keratherm Polymer Pastes show improved properties compared to conventional pastes, which is a basic precondition for developing multi-layer technology or individual multi-layer structures.
Applications
- EMI-shielding
- flexible PCB's
- LED arrays
