Softtherm 86/235, 86/238 - MH&W Thermal Products

Softtherm 86/235 and 86/255Customer oriented development determines the properties of Softtherm 86/235 and 86/238.  The two layer 86/238 is distinguished by good thermal, mechanical and dielectric properties. 86/235 is a single layer material. Both materials are low bleeding, particularly optimized in its “Silocan” behavior. (low volatile silicone <150ppm)
