Softtherm 86/235 and 86/255Customer oriented development determines the properties of Softtherm 86/235 and 86/255.  The two layer 86/255 is distinguished by good thermal, mechanical and dielectric properties. 86/235 is a single layer, particularly optimized in its “Silocan” behavior. (low volatile silicone <150ppm)
