Nonstandard or custom products are noncancellable |

Orders may be scheduled for a maximum of 12 months
from order date. Orders will not be accepted for quantities as to be
advised. |

Orders may not be cancelled or delivery dates pushed
out within 90 days from confirmed ship date. |

After the 90 days, MH&W will contact the supplier
with the request for cancellation. A reason must be supplied in order
to validate the request. |

If MH&W is unable to cancel with the supplier, we
will allow the customer order to be rescheduled within the terms of
item 2. |

Once MH&W has agreed to rescheduled an order it may
not be renegotiated. |
| 7. |
Items 1 - 6 may be superceded by any contractual
agreements or any other terms and conditions that are agreed to in writing
by both buyer and seller. |
